| Comparing Apples: iOS 5 vs. iOS 4 Posted: 07 Jun 2011 10:17 AM PDT I'm particularly pleased to see more effort to consolidate similar functions, e.g. the Newsstand and Notification Center; I don't think the the folder system was cutting it, too much flipping between applications for my liking. Similarly, I support the push toward the Cloud. The most significant upgrade is one of omission, specifically Facebook's omission, and Twitter's position as the dominant social media platform within in OS. So just how much is upgraded?
